Thank you for your interest in aligning your Bright Health contract under Plan Advisors. Here are the
parameters for which Bright Health will allow release from your current FMO:
- Request release letter from upline / FMO
- Must be on upline / FMO letterhead
- Must be signed by principal or officer
- Must have date of release
- Must state name of carrier
- Must state your name
- Email release letter to jhiller@myplanadvisors.com
- Realignment will be effective once the release letter is confirmed
- If unable to secure release letter from upline / FMO
- Submit request for realignment under Plan Advisors via email to brokers@brighthealthplan.com (cc jhiller@myplanadvisors.com)
- Realignment will be effective 6 months after request is submitted
